Rental Policies & Procedures
Rental Type
Single Rental
A one-time booking of any studio for any date and time. Best for one-off classes, rehearsals, events, or trying out the space.
Recurring Rental
Three or more sessions booked in advance for the same day and time. The standard practice is to book the same studio, but alternative studios are accepted when scheduling conflicts exist for the original studio selection on specific dates. Benefits: Fewer deposits, pay at the end of each month, and eligible for rental credits.

Studio Membership

Book up to 6 months in advance
Non-members may book up to 6 weeks out. Members get a full 6-month window.
Important: if your membership lapses
Your booking window reverts to 45 days. Bookings more than 6 weeks past your membership expiry date will be flagged for cancellation review when auto-renewal is turned off. Admin will reach out to confirm before any booking is cancelled.
Recurring Credits
Available to all renters — member or not. Commit to recurring studio time and earn automatic monthly credits, applied automatically to your account each month.
